Rebeca & Josh’s Colorful Miami Brunch Wedding

A colorful Miami brunch wedding filled with family, tradition, and garden-inspired details will always feel special. For us, Rebeca and Josh’s wedding felt even more meaningful.

Rebeca is the sister of our venue manager, Deborah. Because of that, welcoming her and Josh into The Historic Alfred I. duPont Building was personal for our team. We host beautiful weddings often. However, this one truly felt close to home.

From the start, Rebeca had a clear vision. She wanted colorful florals, a relaxed brunch setting, and a wedding day that felt warm, joyful, and full of life. As a result, the celebration brought a fresh and vibrant energy into our historic downtown Miami venue.

A Garden-Inspired Wedding Inside a Historic Miami Venue

Rebeca and Josh’s colorful Miami brunch wedding transformed our venue into a soft, garden-inspired setting. The design featured bright florals, greenery, blush linens, lounge seating, and thoughtful custom details.

The contrast was beautiful. Our marble walls, brass elevator doors, tall windows, and hand-painted ceilings gave the day a timeless backdrop. Meanwhile, the floral design and colorful details added a modern, joyful feel.

This is one of the reasons couples love hosting weddings at The Historic Alfred I. duPont Building. The venue has history and character. Still, it gives each couple room to create a celebration that feels completely their own.

For couples searching for a Miami wedding venue, this wedding is a beautiful example of how historic spaces can feel fresh, personal, and full of color.

A Meaningful Jewish Wedding Celebration

The ceremony was filled with beautiful Jewish wedding traditions. Rebeca and Josh exchanged vows beneath a floral chuppah surrounded by family, friends, and natural light.

In addition, the wedding took place on Mother’s Day. That timing added even more meaning to the day. It honored the women who raised them as they began a new chapter together.

From the ceremony to the dance floor, there was a sense of connection in every part of the day. Guests celebrated with joy, tradition, laughter, music, and the kind of energy that fills a room completely.

A Relaxed Brunch Wedding With Unforgettable Color

Rebeca and Josh’s wedding showed how beautiful a daytime wedding can be. The relaxed brunch setting allowed the design to feel fresh and welcoming, while the colorful floral palette gave the celebration a sense of personality and fun.

The reception design paired soft seating, bright arrangements, patterned floors, and elegant tablescapes in a way that felt both refined and joyful. Every detail worked together without feeling overly formal or expected.

It was colorful, but still elevated. Relaxed, but still beautifully curated. Personal, but still grand enough to honor the moment.

That balance is what made the day so memorable.

A Celebration That Felt Like Family

One of the most special parts of this wedding was the feeling of family woven throughout the entire day. From quiet getting-ready moments to group portraits, ceremony traditions, and a lively reception, the celebration felt intimate even within a grand historic space.

For our team, it was especially meaningful to see Deborah’s family experience the building not just as a venue, but as the setting for such an important milestone.

Rebeca and Josh’s wedding reminded us why we do what we do. We do not just host events. We help create the space where families gather, traditions are honored, and once-in-a-lifetime memories are made.

Mazel Tov, Rebeca & Josh
