  • Continue through NE 2nd Avenue (one STOP sign & 1 light)

From Ft. Lauderdale & Points North of Miami

  • I-95 South
  • Take Exit 2nd (use 2 left lanes) towards I-395/Miami Beach,
  • Take Exit 2B, and turn Right on NE 2nd Ave.,
  • Continue on NE 2nd Ave. to NE 1st St.,
  • Turn right on NE 1st St.,
  • The Valet Parking will be on your left hand side on 170 NE 1st St.

From Coral Gables, Coconut Grove & Points South of Miami

  • I-95 North
  • Take Exit 2A toward Biscayne Blvd/US-1/Downtown,
  • Keep right and follow the signs for SE 1st Ave.,
  • Stay in the middle lane on SE 1st St.,
  • Turn Right onto NE 2nd St.,
  • Turn right onto NE 2nd Ave.,
  • Turn right on NE 1st St.,
  • The Valet Parking will be on your left hand side on 170 NE 1st St.

From Miami Beach

  • McArthur Causeway towards Downtown Miami,
  • Take exit 2 to Arenas/PAC towards Biscayne Boulevard,
  • Turn Left onto US-1 Biscayne Boulevard,
  • Turn right onto NE 1st St.,
  • Continue through NE 2nd Ave. (one STOP sign & 1 Traffic Light),
  • The Valet Parking will be on your left hand side on 170 NE 1st St.

From East of Downtown (Dolphin/836)

  • Take SR-836 East towards Airport,
  • Road name will change to I-395,
  • At exit 2A, take ramp left for NE 2nd Ave.,
