We think it’s safe to say this breathtaking Indian Wedding is unlike any other you’ve seen before. But, when the founders of the famous Eternity Rose, Venus et Fleur get married, it’s easy to see why.
The couple transformed our space at the Historic Alfred I. DuPont Building into a magical, lush, modern rose garden. After a beautiful two-day wedding celebration, Seema Bansal and Sanjam “Sunny” Chadha hosted the reception at our historic venue with thousands of their signature red Eternity Roses lining the walls, arches, and centerpieces–welcoming their guests into a moody and modern space.
Wanting to show their friends and family a different side of Miami, the couple hosted a celebration of events with a breathtaking progression of parties.
Semma and Sunny spent a year planning this exquisite and traditional Indian wedding, complete with a persian-inspired Sangeet ceremony and a surprised-filled reception that included a bombshell performance by world-famous DJ Khaled.
The couple pulled out all the stops for their festivities with three venues, six dresses, and hundreds of thousands of Venus et Fleur roses.
Although Seema and Sunny were heavily involved with the wedding planning process, they partnered with Jennifer J Events and Design House Decor to plan and manage the wedding design and coordination.
They worked closely with the designers to incorporate Venus et Fleur roses throughout each event, making each celebration unique with a variety of palettes and themes.
On day three of the wedding festivities the bride and groom hosted the reception at our venue, where guests were greeted with a rose-lined hallway.
Just beyond the hallway of roses and inside the event space, guests were delighted to find escort cards sitting atop individually boxed gold-dipped roses surrounded by warm candlelight and additional gold accents.
The designers’ and the couple’s attention to detail is unlike anything we’ve ever seen.
At select tables, the family’s signature red roses were protected by glass tabletops, allowing guests the unique experience of dining atop a bed of roses.
After the ceremony, Seema changed into her fourth dress of the weekend, donning an off-the-shoulder Marchesa gown. Sunny wore a classic Dior tuxedo.
For the first dance Seema dazzled her guests with an off-the-shoulder gown covered in floral embroidery. Saving her sixth and final outfit change for later that night!
After dinner, the couple surprised guests with a performance by Dj Khaled, creating an unforgettable and unique experience for their guests!
Seema and Sunny say they are thankful for their wedding planner, because they were able to truly enjoy themselves.
Pre-reception photos were taken at Vizcaya Museums and Gardens
“We were able to be in the moment, leaving the worrying to someone who could actually take care of any issues,” says Seema. “It’s one of the most important days of your lives, so it’s worth it!”
